Floret Capitals needed an internal tool to manage operations, client data, and team workflows without relying on scattered spreadsheets and ad-hoc processes. The solution had to be secure, role-aware, and easy to maintain.

We designed and built a custom CRM web app tailored to their operations. Permissions are set per employee, so each person sees only the parts they need, and centralized reporting gives leadership clear visibility. Employees, payroll, website and campaign leads, account-opening emails and the trading apps' admin now run from one place.
