AI for Restaurants, Hotels and Venues

Booking, guest experience, and operations tech for hotels and venues.

We build AI for restaurants, hotels and venues around the jobs that take staff away from guests: answering booking questions, moving and cancelling reservations, and passing a guest to a person when it matters.

Our hospitality build is a WhatsApp booking assistant prototype for a sports venue. It runs GPT-4o with nine booking tools (check availability, book, move, cancel), a 20-message memory, loop prevention, rate limits and handoff to staff. It is an early prototype, not in active use, so we quote no results from it.

For AI in hospitality more broadly, we start with one workflow, one owner and one metric, plug into the booking, POS or PMS tools you already pay for, and keep anything guest-facing and irreversible as a draft until it earns autonomy.

FAQ

Frequently asked

How is AI used in restaurants?

The common uses are answering booking and menu questions on WhatsApp or web chat, moving and cancelling reservations, drafting replies to reviews, and summarising shift notes for the next manager. Our own example is a WhatsApp booking assistant prototype for a sports venue with nine booking tools and a handoff to staff.

What does AI for hotels look like in practice?

Usually guest messaging before and during a stay, routing requests to housekeeping or maintenance, and answering policy questions from the hotel's own information. It works best connected to the PMS and booking engine you already run, with staff seeing every conversation and able to take over at any point.

How much does an AI booking assistant cost to build?

We quote each engagement after a short call about your workflow. A narrow single-agent sprint typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. The driver is integrations: a WhatsApp Business account, your booking or reservation system, and how strict the handoff rules are. Running costs per conversation are small, and we estimate them during the pilot.

How long does an AI pilot for a restaurant or hotel take?

A focused pilot on one workflow typically runs 2 to 6 weeks, including measuring the current process first and a shadow period where the assistant drafts and staff approve. Time grows with the number of systems it has to read from and write to.

Will AI replace front-of-house or reception staff?

No. We build assistants that take the repetitive questions and hand the guest to a person on request or when a rule trips. Staff keep the final say on anything that changes a booking or a bill until the assistant has shown it handles that step reliably.
