How is this different from staff augmentation?

A dedicated team comes with its own delivery cadence, tech lead, and Scrum process — you give us outcomes, we run delivery. Staff augmentation drops individual engineers into your team and you manage them. We do both, but most clients get more leverage from a dedicated team.

How quickly can a team be up and running?

We typically stand up a team in 2–4 weeks: scoping and role mix in week one, candidate selection and onboarding in weeks two to four. Faster if the role mix overlaps with our bench.

Are these full-time, dedicated engineers or shared?

Full-time and dedicated. Each engineer is assigned to one client at a time, attends your stand-ups, and works in your tools (Jira, Linear, Slack, GitHub).

What time zones do you cover?

We staff teams with overlap windows for North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. Most clients get at least 4 hours of live overlap with their core working hours.

What happens if an engineer isn't the right fit?

We replace them, at our cost, within the first 30 days. After that we work with you to either coach or rotate the engineer out. You're never locked into a hire that isn't working.
